Roles and Responsibilities : - This role will have a complete ownership of sourcing Right product in desired Qty and frequency from Brands/Vendors such as Brand Distributors for designated categories - This role will drive fulfillment cycle from generation of Purchase order to ensuring supplies to company's warehouse on agreed OTIF Score - Design process flow and different execution strategies in accordance to Supply Chain of different categories basis various dynamics of freshness, MOQ,MOV, agreed norms of engagement . - This role is responsible of driving improvement levers on vendors supply in terms of frequency, fill rates, availability fill with vendor, Automation of communication. Role will be measured high on Vendor performance and In stock performance of products handled. - Role requires an absolute hold on Vendor Relationship Build, Data Analysis and defined implementation outcome from the same , management of Procurement module related solutions of ERP , Establish communication protocol for various supplies including daily ones . - Responsible for managing Vendor Relation (Replenishment ) Executives and their output and role has a direct responsibility of Vendor Evaluation matrix - Design, Measurement to improvement path. - This Role holds vendor management ownership for applicable categories in terms of all other stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, Category on all cross functional associations . What are we looking for? - Possesses strong numerical skills with experience of Excel, V-Lookups, Pivot Tables - Influencer, Vendor Management Skills, People Skills - Customer Centricity and someone who can work autonomously and manage time schedules of the day in terms of very close communication loops with vendors and delivery schedules - Innovation in terms of trying long lasting new ways of vendor/brand engagement in favour of organization. - Professionals who are high on ownership and process driven approach.
