Senior Manager - Sales (Zepto Ads)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for your set of advertisers

- Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level within your set of advertisers you manage.

- Lead education and enablement across key advertisers functions & businesses.

- Deepen customer relationship and maximize penetration.

- Identify opportunities for Partnerships, collaboration around large-scale creative solutions - including proactive engagement with creative solutioning.

Skills/capabilities required :

- Display a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers-Strong knowledge of programmatic Display, Search and Ecommerce will be beneficial

- Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders and earn trust.

- Ability to dive deep into problem statements and come up with data-driven practical solutions

- Good judgment arising from subject matter expertise and experience to enable quick decision making and execution.

- Should be self-motivated, happy to work autonomously and highly goal-oriented in order to contribute to Zepto's ambitious growth plans.

Preferred qualifications :

- MBA from a Tier 1 B school

- 3+ years of post MBA experience
