Your Role:

- Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy development for the Loyalty and Subscription programs, Growth, or Category

- Build multiple business health dashboards to track the right metrics

- Communicate anomalies across different business metrics, conduct RCAs, and communicate the recommendations

- Design and maintain customer cohorts to track user behavior and promotional / pricing modifications effectiveness over time

- Leading the design, implementation, and analysis of experiments (A/B tests, synthetic controls, etc) to size opportunities to prioritize business decisions

- Create and Drive a culture of learning through experimentation

What We're Looking For?

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Math / Engineering /Economics / Finance

- 2+ years in delivering analytical results

- Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse i.e. SQL, MS Power BI/Looker/Superset, and MS Excel, etc.

- Must be data-savvy and love crunching numbers

- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations

- Proficient in Python, managing and automating ETL pipelines

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations

- You have demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally, and various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes.

- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
