Your Role

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress on ground

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the internal stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Meet with internal stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals

- Perform other related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

- Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

- Experience in Interior Fit out Retail Projects

- Proven working experience in Project Management

- Excellent client-handling and internal communication skills. Candidate must be capable of working in cross functional organization and good with coordinating and communicating with various internal functions and departments

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google sheets etc

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

- Strong Analytical skills

- Candidate must be capable of handling multiple projects at a time

- Proven knowledge and experience of Risk Management, Time Management, Communication Management and Stakeholder Management.

- Understanding of Interior Layouts & MEP
