Role Description:

- The role primarily includes developing sourcing strategies for fruits and vegetables

- Vendor management to ensure continuous supplies with best quality at best procurement price

- Must plan the logistics such a way that logistic costs are optimized per piece or per kg per km

- Up to date with the market trends, and provide the market intelligence to the central team that can provide price arbitrage

- Meeting the SLAs for supplies at warehouse for both logistics and reverse logistics

- Source planning as per seasonality and production at various geographies of India

- Collaborate with various teams while adhering to regulations and driving continuous improvement in the sourcing process.

Role Requirements:

- Agriculture or allied field graduate with 3+ years of relevant work experience

- A track record of effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal guidance

- Adequate organizational skills, both written and verbal communication prowess.

- Strong enthusiasm for and comprehension of internet and e-commerce business, with previous marketplace experience being advantageous.

- Impeccable negotiation, persuasion, time management skills and freight costing knowledge
