Roles and Responsibilities: - As part of the Core Central Team based in our Mumbai Headquarters, you will lead Fulfillment Operations for our Dark Stores across India. - Lead all aspects of fulfillment, customer experience, quality management, training and cost control. - Design the dark store infra, warehouse management systems, inbound / outbound / inventory processes, quality management systems. - Execute capacity planning, operations management, payout & incentive structures for dark store labour. - Work across disciplines with peers who will empower you to do your best work. - Run operational experiments that will challenge our assumptions and make Zepto better. - Wear the Zepto badge with pride.
