Analytics @ Zepto The analytics team at Zepto closely works with all business functions across Zepto to fulfill their Data, BI, descriptive, and predictive analytics needs. You will partner with business heads from different functions (Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Product, Revenue, etc.) to create best-in-class analytical solutions and enable them to drive business. Your responsibilities - - Work closely with business teams to identify, define, collect and track key business metrics and inform strategic decisions - Identify and enable adoption of innovative solutions to business problems - Evaluate different approaches/ metrics to arrive at optimal solutions - Design and run data-backed analysis, identify key insights to solve business problems - Design and develop complex data queries to move and transform data from operational data sources to analytical databases - Guide Busines Analysts in the team on planning, prioritization, and execution What we are looking for - - Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute - 4-8 years of experience in a relevant role - Ability to structure problems into analytical terms to drive data-based decisions - Exceptional communication skills (Written/Verbal) and stakeholder management experience - Excellent SQL, Excel abilities with working knowledge of scripting (Python/R) - Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau/PowerBI etc. - Knowledge of basic statistical measurement frameworks and implementation of them in projects - Experience in mentoring a small team of business analysts
