This role plays a critical role in shaping the organization's employee value proposition and ensuring the company's ability to attract, motivate, and retain a high-performing workforce. This role requires a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and expert in compensation, benefits, engagement, HRIS & employer branding practices.

Total Rewards & Performance:

- Develop and refine the overall Total Rewards strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and culture.

- Collaborate with the leadership to establish & implement the compensation philosophy, guiding principles, and long-term reward programs.

- Develop mechanisms to link pay and recognition to individual, team, and company performance (short term & long term).

- Successfully deliver the Off-cycle, Mid Year, Year End compensation cycles including base salary, variable pay, and equity-based compensation.

- Exposure and experience in Equity linked programs and multiple approaches followed in startups.

- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation approach remains competitive within the industry and geography.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. Collaborate with vendors to ensure services and solutions align with company goals.

- Lead the employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, policies etc., benchmark & share recommendations to improve employee well-being.

- Provide education and training to HR teams, managers, and employees regarding compensation policies and practices.

- Manage the HRMS and compensation software systems, delivering the end to end employee experience.

Corporate Cost Management:

- Lead the development of Quarterly/Six Monthly budgets and financial forecasts including workforce planning, benefits & other people cost management.

- Conduct thorough analysis of corporate expenses to identify areas of cost inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.

- Employee Recognition, Engagement and Branding

- Collaborate with the Branding & Corporate Communication Team to create and communicate a compelling employer value proposition that differentiates the organization in the competitive talent landscape.

- Refine and execute a comprehensive employee recognition & engagement strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and business goals. Lead the internal & external engagement - campus, forums etc. in line with the vision.

What We're Looking For

- Extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and rewards management, with a significant leadership exposure.

- In-depth knowledge of HR COE trends, regulations, and best practices, in start-ups and established organizations.

- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software systems.

- Proficiency in collaboration tools, survey platforms, and engagement technology.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- Ability to align compensation programs with business objectives.

- Ability to lead and develop a team of professionals.
