Location - PAN India

Role Description:

- The position primarily focuses on buying fruits and vegetables from different sources

- Responsible for SKU level on time fill rate - both quantity and line, new product introduction, etc.

- Understanding the Market dynamics via regular visits and strategizing the market gaps that benefits the category

- Produce level benchmarking (price, quality, packaging etc.) with other platforms and walk-in stores

- Accountable for sustainable relationships with business partners - suppliers, vendors etc

- Assisting the category growth by bringing the sourcing goodness, highest assortment and availability

- Preparing, negotiating closing, and re-negotiating the Terms of trade with suppliers

- Maintaining the on-time supplies at warehouses for the smooth logistics by strategic planning of the seasonal impacts

Role Requirements:

- Must have 8-10+ years of relevant experience in F&V industry

- Ability to cope with highly dynamic environments with strategic thinking

- Demonstrated commitment, self-reliance, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

- A track record of effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal guidance.

- High comfort level with advanced MS Office, Excel skills, Quantitative and negotiation skills

- Exceptional organizational skills, both written and verbal communication prowess.

- A structured thinker capable of breaking down ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions.
