Your Role:

- Oversee release management for multiple strategic projects.

- Own projects, including full project management, creation and maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and deliverables.

- Ability to lead both at the strategic level and also manage tactically day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains.

- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure successful project outcomes

- Implement robust tracking mechanisms and KPIs to monitor the program's performance.

- Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for reaching business outcomes

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Product, Growth, Category, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and successful program execution

- Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Proven Experience in managing complex business processes/Programs at scale, focusing on customer engagement programs

- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey program status, insights, and recommendations effectively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to identify root causes and propose data-driven solutions

- Strong bias for action. Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations.
