As the City General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of our restaurants in Mumbai. You will play a critical role in driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position requires a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and a strong communicator who can lead a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.

- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.

- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, food quality, and safety protocols.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations.

2. Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the budget for the city's restaurants.

- Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

- Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.

3. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluations.

4. Customer Experience:

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall experience.

5. Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.

- Promote a culture of safety and maintain the highest food safety standards.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in restaurant management, with at least 10 years of leadership experience.

- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
