Position Overview - People, Culture & Talent Manager

We currently are on the lookout for an HR-Business Partner who can work on various human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. We are seeking candidates with a credible attitude, who are humble, energetic, ambitious, and can thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

We're looking for a high-energy focused, outgoing person who is technically savvy and is quick on the feet. This position offers a great opportunity for a proactively engaging individual who can work to identify gaps and manage them. Hire quality talents, build solutions for scalable growth. You will have the flexibility to take certain decisions needed to scale a team and quickly drive towards the finish line.

Considering this to be a high impact role, you would have to work with the CEO and Senior Management, which will require you to work as our Customers Schedule, US shift (3 pm to 1 am IST).

- Work collaboratively with the management to understand the business requirements and define consistent data-driven hiring metrics and goals. Lead talent planning initiatives, including manpower planning and resource rationalization.

- Be vigilant in scanning the external environment to anticipate business and talent threats and opportunities.

- Use your financial acumen to broadly balance resources and understand the financial implications and tradeoffs of investments in every aspect of the business, including talent.

- Be technological savvy to drive efficiencies and to engage the workforce through innovations in technology solutions.

- Bring in a risk management perspective with regard to talent and the ability to convey the importance of talent at all levels as a fiduciary issue to the board and the leadership team.

- Use your legal literacy to help ensure a culture of compliance and integrity at every level of the organization and across borders.

- Use your operational ability to ensure that the transactional aspects of HR are well executed in a world of fast-moving and changing expectations of the employee population.

- Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with the team.

- Oversee all the aspects of employee life cycle until the exit of an employee such as Induction, On-boarding, Employee Benefits, Rewards and Recognition, Employee engagement, new HR initiatives and exit interview feedback

- Be the engagement point of contact for all requests regarding workplace support.

- Plan and organize team-building events and assist in cultivating a collaborative, friendly and fun work environment.

- Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.

- Work with the executive team to screen resumes, schedule interviews to determine fit (technical and cultural) and follow-through with candidates on feedback.

- Drives performance measurement and appraisal system for the organization

You will fit right if you have:

- 3+ years of experience into HR and Talent acquisition areas

- Ambitious, highly driven and a hustling get-it-done rock star

- Have a passion and commitment to exponentially grow in a career, result oriented.

- Must have excellent people and communication skills

- Good understanding of the technology space along with the ability and interest to keep building on that knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to be able to clearly articulate and present ideas/concepts and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and customers

- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Presentation and other necessary skills to create and deliver impactful client presentations is necessary

- Driven towards growth through learnings from failures, success of people - willing to re-learn

- Driven to set self-example standards - get hands dirty

- Highly driven and hungry individuals with strong organizational skills and a good eye for talent.

- Self-starter with exceptional persistence to excel in a quickly changing, unstructured environment.

- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple events, and conflicting priorities.

- Have high levels of personal accountability, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information and situations.

- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills - conveying clear and impactful messages through various channels across levels and building strong, productive relationships.

- Comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our processes smarter and more efficient.

- Proficiency with MS Office suite, G-Suite tools, and experience working with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems

- Experience working with a technology startup would be a bonus.

Note: You will be required to operate in the US time zone which is - 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST from Pune Location
