Position Overview - Chief of Staff - Founder's Office

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff to join our Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the founders in strategic planning, project management, and overall operational efficiency. This position requires a versatile individual capable of handling diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.

The Chief of Staff - Founder's Office will play a pivotal role in driving ZenTrades' growth by overseeing the development and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. We are seeking candidates with a credible attitude, who are humble, energetic, ambitious, and can thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment. We're looking for a high-energy focused, success-driven person who is technically savvy and quick on his feet.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with founders to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

- Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Project Management:

- Oversee key projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

- Develop and maintain project plans, monitor progress, and address challenges.

Operational Efficiency:

- Streamline internal processes to optimize efficiency.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for operational excellence.

Communication:

- Draft and edit communications on behalf of the founders for various audiences.

- Represent the founders in meetings, discussions, and events as needed.

Problem Solving:

- Address challenges and roadblocks promptly, proposing effective solutions.

- Demonstrate strategic thinking in problem-solving and decision-making.

Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research to provide relevant data for decision support.

- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Strategic Alignment:

- Ensure effective communication and alignment of goals across the organization.

- Monitor and report on progress toward strategic objectives.

Foster a high-performance culture that values teamwork, continuous learning, and individual growth.

Eligibility and Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5-6 years) in a Chief of Staff or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
