Position Overview - Business Operations & People Manager

We are currently looking for a Business Operations & People Manager who can work on various human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. We are seeking candidates with a credible attitude, who are humble, energetic, ambitious, and can thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.

We're looking for a high-energy focused, outgoing person who is technically savvy and is quick on the feet. This position offers a great opportunity for a proactively engaging individual who can work to identify gaps and manage them. Hire quality talents, and build solutions for scalable growth. You will have the flexibility to take certain decisions needed to scale a team and quickly drive towards the finish line.

Considering this to be a high-impact role, you would have to work with the CEO and Senior Management, which will require you to work as our Customers Schedule, US shift (3 pm to 1 am IST).

Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team of professionals across various departments.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the company's success.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic plan.

- Drive business growth through effective market positioning, product development, and expansion strategies.

- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance market presence.

Business & Operational Excellence:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all functional areas.

- Implement and optimize business processes to maximize productivity and profitability.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Identify and streamline inefficient workflows, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

- A transformation architect: Partner with stakeholders to implement strategic plans that optimize operations and boost performance.

- Leverage your expertise in operations management to ensure smooth, efficient running of the business.

Financial Management:

- Contribute to the budgeting decisions, ensuring cost optimization and alignment with strategic goals.

- Implement cost-effective measures to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.

- Craft and manage budgets that support strategic goals and optimize resource allocation.

- Perform internal audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance.

- Analyze revenue data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

Customer Focus:

- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the customer success team to address customer needs and feedback.

- Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on customer insights.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven experience & a track record of success in both business operations and finance, or similar executive leadership role in a SaaS or technology-driven startup.

- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products and the ability to drive product development and innovation.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and reporting tools.

- Has demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and scaling operations.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth.

- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Timings: This role requires you to operate in the US time zone which is - 3:00 PM IST to 12:00 AM IST.
