ZenOnco.io - Vice President - Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations to oversee our company's operational processes and to ensure superb customer experience. The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for strategic planning, process management, team leadership, budgeting, and various other aspects that contribute to achieving our company's goals. This role requires a strong focus on continuous improvement and excellence in operational efficiency.

Role responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement Strategy: Creating operational strategies that align with our company's mission and goals.

- Manage Operational Processes: Overseeing the design, implementation, and improvement of business processes.

- Lead and Motivate Team: Directing, training, and developing the operations team to achieve performance targets.

- Ensure Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control procedures & standards across all departments.

- Manage Financial Aspects: Developing and overseeing budgets, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and industry standards and managing operational risks.

- Customer Focus: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and acting as a key point of contact for significant clients.

- Utilize Technology: Leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and utilizing data analytics for decision-making.

- Crisis Management: Developing & executing emergency response plans for unforeseen events.

- Promote Sustainability: Implementing practices to support environmental responsibility and community engagement.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Operations Management, or related field. Master's preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in operations management, preferably healthcare.

- Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
