Assistant Vice President Operations
- Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy
- Planning, implementing and managing proposed recommendations and projects
- Identifying, recommending, and implementing new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
- Ensuring that departmental decisions and project plans such as those for staffing, development, organization, material efficiency, hardware acquisitions, and facilities are in line with the organization's business plan and vision.
- Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making processes
- Experience in offline clinics / physical spaces is a plus point
