We have mastered this art by constantly innovating and improving our services since 2012.  Job Responsibilities :  - Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  - Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.  - Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.  - Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.  - Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.  - Overlook of all vendor invoices, Payroll including accurate calculation and timely renewal of leases and other contracts. Managing overall costs and highlighting to management changes in costs as appropriate  - Generating monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports related to financial performance and financial status  - Cash flow of last quarter, last one year, next one month, next 6 month and next one year  - P&L also for same period as mentioned in last point  - Per property operating profit unit metrics  - Number of properties to ensure month on month Break even point( No profit no loss)  - Expense to serve a property per each department like expense in serving a property for PM department etc.   - Efficiency improvement because of technology and process in each department  - Tracking of expected vs actual of complete finance  - Updating model as per development in organization  - How to use money smartly invest if it is lying pending.  - How to define org target as per our financial sheet-   - Investment documentation  - New business model compliance related work  - Improvement in system and keep thinking about finance and find more insight.  Skills : Developing Budgets, Legal Compliance, Tracking Budget Expenses, Accounting, Managing Processes, Reporting Research Results, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Motivating Others, Attention to Detail and excellent communication.  Exp : Min 4 years Experience after CA qualification  Qualification :   - Qualified CA  - Knowledge of Tally  - Experience In Handling a team of 6 members  Nayana Shamsundar 8970973885
