Key Responsibilities :
- Identify opportunities and sell the business in the best way.
- Have meeting with prospective customers & close the deals.
- Assist and co-ordinate the team leads & BD's to close prospects to generate Business from clients.
- Frequent analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
- Manage all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, closing and renewing.
- Develop and maintain a strong Business relationship with clients and other Business Developers.
- Need to have strong Influential Management and Marketing Skill.
- Need to be self-motivated & Target Oriented.
- Should be good in panning & strategies
Education/ Qualification:
- Bachelors/ MBA in any discipline
- Experience in Business development / Team Handling.
- Strong in communication (English, Kannada, Telugu) & Convincing Skill
- Strong Understanding on the nature of business.
- Should have 4-7 Yrs of exp in Business Development.
-Must possess excellent Sales Acumen.
- Excellent Networking & Relationship skills.
