We at Zenia are looking for hands on execution oriented, self-driven individuals who can thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about learning, strong ownership and continuous improvement of customer experience.   Requirement:  - You should have a prior experience in pre launch and post launch marketing strategies of mobile apps.  - Proven skills in optimizing app store ranking, organic and loyal user acquisition and app store optimization.  - 1-3 years of experience in any product based company.  Job Description:  - Ownership of outbound marketing programs( Offline & Online), including conceptualizing, building, executing and analyzing adoption and engagement marketing programs across all outbound marketing channels as well as each life cycle stage, making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights.   - Increase awareness of Zenia by developing and iterating on customer segmentation, designing innovative marketing tactics and understanding the end-to-end life cycle funnel and attribution metrics to shape marketing and messaging.   - Develop long-term social media strategy, achievable and scalable plans for social channels, and ensure alignment with business goals. Build content and communicate with internal/external stakeholders in support of tools, services, best practices for social media marketing, and capture resulting metrics.   - SEO Optimization  - Partner with product and technology teams to build a roadmap and execute projects that lead to increased engagement from active customers as well as lapsed customers.   Compensation:  A substantial part of equity on offer  - Note- You can work with us parallel with your current work however you should be able to dedicate some of your time (5-6 hours per day) remotely.
