Zenductive - Senior Marketing Executive

The Senior Marketing Executive is a pivotal role in the Zenductive marketing team.

- The Senior Marketing Executive will employ a professional marketing skill-set to help plan and implement a high quality event marketing campaign with particular emphasis on direct marketing communications through electronic media.

- This will require expertise in all areas of media communications including all aspects of editorial/pr,media planning, design, implementation, management and execution of exhibitor, visitor and delegate campaigns.

- The role includes working with the Marketing Manager to grow the marketing team's reputation within the company and wider industry, and to help motivate and progress the marketing team whilst delivering the above.

- There is also the opportunity for personal growth and training within this role and job growth within the marketing team.

Responsibilities :

- Articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by sales and marketing

- Drive campaign management for client acquisition programs across multiple channels

- Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives

- Internal reporting and other duties as assigned

- Keep the promotional plan up to date

- Monitor marketing related communications and report on agreed measures for marketing activity on a regular basis

- Personal skill set

- Strong communicator with excellent influencing and networking skills

- Organised individual with strong attention to detail and consistency across all mediums

- Excellent planning skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure

Desirable :

- 3+yrs Experience in marketing most of it in startups
