What You will do : 

- Participating in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidate

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

- Source and screen technical candidates by using different portals

- Work closely with the hiring manager to understand the roles and responsibilities

- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the interview process

Basic Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in Recruitment

- Good knowledge on sourcing quality technical resumes from different job portals

- Should have experience with cold calling, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.

- Able to handle multiple requirements and should be able to prioritize accordingly.

- Expertise with Boolean Search techniques

- Should have handled end-to-end recruitment process

- Should have excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Nice to have Qualifications

- Fair knowledge of technology

- Strong decision-making skills
