Zelo is looking for Legal Officer, for Bangalore Location who can become the backbone of the organization and make sure that we don't fall as we grow like crazies - the only way to grow we know of.

Legal Officer

Key Skills:

Educational Qualifications: Law Graduate from premier institutions.

Experience: 2 to 4 years in Property Law including Due Diligence Process, Vetting of Property Documents, drafting Lease and Service Agreements, Agreement Registration process

- Language Proficiency (Verbal and Written) - English, Kannada or Marathi

- Good IT skills - Google Sheets, Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting legal audit and due diligence for Buildings.

- Drafting and tweaking Lease and Service Agreements for partnering Building owners and PG operators

- Getting the agreements registered with concerned authorities

- Getting Licenses required for running Paying Guest Accommodation, Service apartments, Guest Houses etc.

Past Experience & Drive :

- We are not that held up on past field experience, although it's certainly a plus. But, what we would be looking is the drive and hunger to be successful and achieve something big in life.
