JOB FUNCTIONALITIES :  - 2 - 4 years of experience in Operations, Business Development & Strategy   - Operations Lead, should have Managed the operations in Mumbai region.   - Should have launched Cities and managed states with more than 700 pin codes coverage.   - Monitored & Led the performance metrics with focus on achieving client SLAs and cost optimization.   - Responsible for Seller Pick-ups & Hub Operations.   - Should have led a team of 50+ including Regional manager, City Heads, Hub managers and ground staff.   - Must have handled minimum 7 hubs.  - Responsible for warehouse operations and managed business account.  - Receiving of goods, sorting & grading, packaging as per the orders, dispatching, supplier rejections and inventory management.  - Transporter/Logistics Management- Order assigning, route planning, payments, cash collection of COD orders, etc.   - Labour & Vendor Management - Assignment to various processes, grievances, timings, payments etc.  - Deliverables Allocations & Client Feedbacks- Assignment to suppliers for procurement, predictive procurement assignments. Client feedbacks and appropriate actions to improve the service.   - On-boarding new clients from Small/Medium Scale Enterprises   - Post-paid connections & Internet dongles.   - Management of existing clients.
