With manufacturing & operational support from Zeeva International, Zeeva Electronics Pvt Ltd will be looking to leverage these strengths to bring technologically innovative and cutting edge products to Indian consumers.  We are constantly looking for talented, committed, and hard-working individuals to join our team as we continue to grow as a company.   Roles & Responsibilities:   Development of annual marketing plan in accordance with the budget  - Management of marketing department budget and doing all the activities in the given budget  - Management of print production, receipt and its distribution  - Implementing and executing market promotion and campaigns for brand, Implementation of the campaigns, cost implication, Execution of Media plan  - Must have the ability to evaluate and report on all marketing programs to determine ROI and effectiveness  - Must have ability to identify brand target markets and develop strategies to communicate/engage with them  - Must Possess Knowledge about various marketing policies and procedure that will help in setting up a marketing department foundation in the organization  - Conducting market research and drawing out the specifications in respect to new product or service. Development and implementation of communication strategies within and outside the company  - Making key messages for the customers for the brand name  - Maintaining Professional relationship with media and the PR companies  - Maintain and build professional relationship with internal and external stakeholders of the company  - Make monthly report and presenting it to the VP of the company  - Works with Graphic designers and oversees copy writing, design, layout and production of promotional materials  - Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run  - Ensures effective control of marketing results and that corrective action takes place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets  - Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions  - Recommends changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities  - Must have good experience working with various marketing and creative agencies for creative, branding and PR  - Should be able to provide feedback for the development of website by managing the creatives and the content for better consumer connect  - Team work skills and ability to lead  Job Requirement:  - Must be well organized with strong analytical & critical thinking skills  - Must possess excellent social skills  - Must have excellent presentation skills  - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),   - Organized, Responsible, Detail-Oriented, Fast-learner   - Must strong communication/interpersonal skills to interact with local and international Zeeva team members  - Does not need to be micro-managed, can work independently and willing to take initiative   - Excellent command of English required  Interested in Candidates from Mumbai only
