Key responsibilities include: - Lead annual category calendar content planning, creative development, landing page CX design and scheduling of cross-channel campaigns across home page, manual merchandising slots, for BAU (Business As Usual) / evergreen / x-site / &events, including the following (examples from the Media category) - Content launches & new releases - Deals & events merchandising for the category - Latest trends - Post campaign measurement and analysis - Coordinate and project manage across Design and Content Management functions to source the content inputs for cross-channel campaign execution - Understand the business requirements and coordinate with central marketing stakeholders to push the inputs into associates, search and xsite social channels as per the business goals - Product Manage features to improve CX - Drive customer demand or revenue by partnering on ongoing deals & cross-site events - Contribute to Weekly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews Reporting for Content Management on the browse experience and changes for the categories. Also build the solution to improve the metrics based on the leadership inputs - Introduce, run and report on a steady A/B testing cycle for content featuring strategy optimization across storefronts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership/commitment, have proven leadership experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in technology. Customer obsession is a must. Education and experience - MBA from a premier institution - 7-8 years of experience in consumer internet / ecommerce or online Media. - Exposure to business outcome as quantified business objectives - Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation - Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results - Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills - Experience in leading teams and people management required
