Position Overview:

The Senior Copywriter shall be an integral part of creative team in designing best in class communication language/scripts/campaigns that entice consumers to view the content on the platform. The incumbent shall be effectively planning, collaborating and working closely with the CLM team for delivering creative assets that leads to customer acquisition and conversions.

What you'll do:

- You will be writing long and short copy such as website copy, push notifications, emailers with catchy subject lines/headlines, SMS, effective CTAs, product descriptors, undertaking meticulous copy checks, and being mindful of the character count while at it.

- You will be writing promo scripts, thematic: occasion specific, and tactical: such as 6sec non-skippable YT ads.

- This is a new age medium and we are all learning, adapting and evolving together. You are expected to be observant of latest industry trends, track competitor moves, gather references, and make use of it all to lift our game. With time, you will also update the examples, text and other pieces of information in our rule book.

- Collaborate with talented team of creatives to gain deeper understanding on messaging front to campaign touchpoints and develop multiple variations for creative testing.

- Brainstorming with clients & internal to create campaigns, BTL collaterals etc.

- Write effective and grammatically correct copy for target audience from conceptualization to final execution.

Who You Are:

- Minimum 7+ experience professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work.

- Ideally should have worked on OTT platform and is familiar with long-form and short-form content. Should have worked with agency as well as on client side.

- Proven creative ability: Loves to take a creative brief and transform it into engaging & effective copy concepts

- Experience with online advertising, Google Ads preferably.

- Proficient in English language (proofing, grammar, spellings). Have an eye for detail and expertise in editing and proofing. Attention to detail is a must. Even a comma makes a difference

- Able to use new, improved methods of research.

- Highly self-driven and exhibit leadership skills

- Excellent communication and time-management skills, have ability to multitask while copywriting and must be an inclusive team-player.

- Communicate effectively only through words and have a quick turnaround speed.
