Engineering background would be preferred Experience (years) : 12-15 years Main Purpose of the position / Key responsibility areas :&nbsp; - Leads the Product Management team with a focus on enhancing the definition and growth of the product in its market. The GPH will lead the primary driver of the group's vision; overseeing the development and management of the product's roadmap based on the adopted strategies and vision. - This will be a cross-functional role. This position requires that a person closely work with the engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments. - The role demands that the individual in its occupation be a highly analytical individual who can work quite effectively in a matrix environment. The position also requires that the occupier be adept at synthesizing various technologies and capabilities into the business's products in such a way that the consumers will love. Some areas of responsibility: 1. Product roadmap definition 2. Industry analysis and building for innovation 3. Continuous product enhancement 4. Adopting global best practices 5. Building and leading a large team of Product Heads &amp; Product managers 6. Be ahead of the curve on all emerging technologies 7. Partner with top technology companies to build large scale features which the consumers will love 8. Lead a team of Design head and UX/UI designers to create world class experiences for the users 9. Take data-based decisions on experience &amp; business goals 10.
