Job Summary ZEE5 is a leader in the OTT space with a diverse offering of content and operating both AVOD &amp; SVOD business. As a Head of Payments, the leader will play a very critical role in the scale-up of the subscription business of ZEE5. The role will encompass creating a seamless subscription journey for the new subscribers across platforms, being a thought leader on implementing world-class payment partners, being data-driven to identify friction and opportunities, and driving innovation. Roles &amp; Responsibilities - Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for Payments - Understand the jobs to be done for the platform, synthesize those needs to shape the product roadmap for a suite of payment offerings and define key metrics - Strategically assess new opportunities and develop alignment around these - Manage and develop a team of payment product managers - Collaborate and build executive alignment for your vision - Foster a community of data-informed decision making Education and Experience - Customer-oriented: you are driven by our purpose excellence in consumer experience - Long term thinking: payments leader should have a long term view of where the platform and product teams (first and third party) are headed. The ability to think strategically and craft a high-level narrative is critical. - History of successfully launching and scaling payments products with consumer-facing platforms - Payment product leadership: collaborate with product and engineering leadership across ZEE5 to develop the overall platform and skillset - Team Management: the ability to manage and coach a team of platform product managers. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Deeply curious and want to understand the why - Not satisfied with the status quo and want to raise the bar - 15+ years of product management experience - Technical and analytical background - Strong track record of execution
