Define purpose of the role, challenges in the role: - Plan and implement Go to market strategy with experience in handling 360 degree marketing mix TV, Print, Digital, On-ground activations etc. - Brand Custodian for Zee Tamil Responsible for channel positioning and increasing brand power scores, top of mind and other brand equity measures. - Own slots of the channel with an up-to-date understanding of shows in the slot by liaising with programming team and maximize reach through various marketing initiatives by deploying the optimal marketing mix and constantly innovate the 360-degree marketing mix - High quality sales support Ideation till execution of Brand Integrations, Sponsorships, sales pitch presentations etc with superior speed and co-ordination with programming and sales team - Working closely with internal Promo teams, external creative and digital agencies to deliver high quality communication which enhances consumer experience and affects brand value positively - Continuously Track and analyse reports by working closely with research & insights team to gain insights about consumer interaction with the channel and convert insights into actions to create positive brand outcomes Work experience, Skills and Talents required for performing the job : - Proactive persona with excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills to thrive in multi-stakeholder fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability in previous organization in willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.
