Zee - Associate Director - OAP - Zee Bangla Cinema

Aspects of the Role :

- Responsible for Promo Direction of Movies, shows & events, from ideation to execution

- Supervises every production aspect from Promo perspective by working with Producers on the highest possible quality - from run order acceptance to master delivery

- Manages & mentors the OAP team and developing & training new script writers.

- Work closely with all Cross functional departments / stakeholders

- Production team, Programming Team, Operations & Graphics Team, Consumer Insights and Strategy Team, Brand Management Team & Commercial Team to ensure the smooth process of building & meeting timelines, estimating costs and contracts & adequate exposure of all new launches & sustenance of existing shows

- Coordinating with the Consumer Insights team and Brand management Team to define and evaluate strategies that effectively enhance the viewership and channel reach

- Coordinate with Standards & Practices Team to raise compliance issues, liaise both internally and externally and ensure that the appropriate certification procedures are followed

- Supervise Promo budgets, compliance, contractual issues, delivery requirements and music copyright

- Development and delivery of Promo content within tight & stipulated timelines

- Delivery of high-quality Promo that drives viewership and, where appropriate, ratings as well as critical appreciation
