What's expected from you :

- Efficiently manage ground operations at ZappFresh, which includes everything related to seamless execution of daily orders and processes

- Create, implement and optimize logistics, customer support and store management processes to build a great customer experience

- Managing and training the task force

- Should be able to prioritize tasks effectively

- Must thrive in a chaotic environment

The ideal candidate :

- At least 2 year of work experience in Logistics Management or E-commerce Operations

- Prior Experience in start-up is good to have

- Team Player; must get along well with colleagues at all levels

- Can maintain high levels of energy in a super-fast paced environment

- Can communicate with and train blue collared workforce

- Prior hardcore operations and logistics experience would be a HUGE plus

- Any prior FMCG distribution experience will be a HUGE plus

- A problem solver

- Based in Gurgaon or Delhi/NCR
