Key Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact of the organisation for query handling, customer grievances, relationship development and management, damage control
Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our product
Handle customer orders on calls, whatsapp, and Website.
Coordination with the operations team for order fulfilment.
Analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Oversee third party relationships with CRM vendors.
Responsible for managing the direct marketing efforts for the Company's e-commerce business
Work with team to create and implement campaigns that promote customer loyalty, re-engage lapsed customers, and drive new customer acquisition along with cross-channel spending
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 1-3 years of experience within a professional business setting AND/OR recent graduates with 1-2 business related internships
Experience within a performance based environment preferred
Passion for customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly)
Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Office)
Interest or experience in E-commerce related industry
Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work independently to meet individual performance goals
Proven ability to build relationships
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
