ZappFresh - Area Manager - Operations

Key responsibilities

- Formulate the fulfillment strategy for city operations.

- Manage the cash/accounts of fulfillment centers.

- Ensure proper collaboration among multiple delivery fulfillment centers.

- Prepare delivery and inventory reports.

- Meet the company's performance expectations and ensure timely reporting & invoicing.

What we require:

- 0-2 years of work experience in Operations

- B.Tech/MBA background

- Understanding of Supply Chain Management

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Ability to hire and manage a distributed team

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and ethical - having a commercial acumen

- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility

- Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality

- Comfortable with working for long and unpredictable hours
