Zanskar Advisors Private Limited is a boutique advisory firm providing corporate finance solutions for the strategic requirements of venture, middle market & emerging large corporates across sectors.

Our solutions include:

- Private Equity / Venture Capital fund raising (through the life cycle of the business)

- Mergers & Acquisitions (Buy Side & Sell Side advisory including partner identification)

The candidate should be an Engineer + MBA with transactions experience in VC / PE / M&A advisory.

The candidate would be expected to lead transactions independently, especially as far as transaction execution is concerned.

Transaction execution would include industry research, company research, valuation analysis, preparation of Information Memorandum (or similar transaction marketing document) and detailed Financial Model, negotiations, project management of due diligence and deal closing documentation.
