Job Responsibilities:

- Taxation & Compliance

- TDS Assessments and Scrutiny

- GST Assessments and Scrutiny

- IT Assessments and Scrutiny + Transfer Pricing

- Calculation of Taxes, Returns Filing GST,IT, TP Monthly, Quarterly,Annual

- Gratuity Trust Return Filing

- Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing Audit

Business Finance :

- MIS & Budgets

- Business Plan

- Projections, Forecasting and Variance Analysis

- Financial Due Diligence

- Product/Unit Cost and Economics

- RFPs, Tenders, Bids and Reverse Auctions

Legal/Admin/Company Law & Secretarial Compliance

- Legal Matters, Hearings and Responses to notices and letters including NCLT matters

- Agreement and Contract vetting and Document maintenance

- Board Meetings & Minutes, Share Transfer and Shareholder Agreements & Compliance

- ESOP Management and Compliance, OCD etc

- ROC MOA and AOA amendments and compliance, maintenance of statutory registers

- Permissions & Approvals/local authorities across the branches Shops & Establishment

- Labour Laws, ESIC and PF

- Gratutity Trust Meetings and Compliance & LIC

- Legal Due Diligence

Accounting :

- Invoicing Banks, Merchants and Clients

- Sales Orders and Purchase Orders

- Reconciliation Customer Advances and Banks and settlements

- Book Closure & Statutory Audit

- Internal Audit & Internal Control as per Company Law and Business Audit

Payments :

- Loading and working capital

- Vendors, Reimbursements, statutory, salaries

- Banking

Qualifications and Experience :

- Candidate should have experience in start-up work culture

- Post Qualification, 8 to 12 years of experience, (Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from Premier Institutes)

- Highly analytical in nature.

- Attention to detail and implement best practices

- Maintains high level of confidentiality
