Job Role :

- Strategize Product, manpower, Distribution Mix to achieve business volumes with controlled Cost of Acquisition

- Build a strong distribution network for credit card for achieving greater market reach and penetration

- Penetrate into corporates and MSMEs for corporate / purchase credit cards and expense management solution.

- Lead business plan and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching and recruitment.

- Cross-sell of various VAS product.

Job Requirement :

- Experience in Sales Management & Business Development.

- Experience in Credit Card business preferred.

- Should be able to drive and work with a Team reporting.

Eligibility : MBA with 10-15 years of experience
