Executive Assistant to the Founder & Chairman - Strategy
Location - Hyderabad
- Experience - 3 + Years minimum (Relevant)

- We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our Chairman and senior-level managers.
- To develop and provide a comprehensive organizational, administrative and programme support service to the Chairman by proactively overseeing the Chairman's workload and completing tasks as directed by the Chairman.
- To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.
- Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
Job Responsibilities :
- To provide support to the Chairman in delivering overall strategic objectives.
- To provide services in the delivery of assignments/projects including marketing, strategy and coordinate with various agencies which organization is working with.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Chairman.
- Serving as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations effort.
- Defining and driving the company's strategic objectives and initiatives, merger and acquisition research data and presentations and giving insights to the top management on the company's functioning.
- Overseeing special projects, conducting relevant research, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations in association with other teams, making sure the tasks are completed as per the agreed timelines.
- Leading key initiatives under the Chairman's purview & undertaking project management activities.
- Assist the Chairman with inputs and data required for making strategic decisions.
- Working closely with other teams to assure the Chairman's preparation for meetings, presentations or other engagements.
Requirements :
- Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Data/Information/Reports Presentation Skills
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- MBA preferably with Marketing/Finance or Analytics background.
