Executive Assistant - Strategy - Founder's Office
ROLE : EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
We are looking at a seasoned/young professional to perform/execute a series of task and activities related to the series of tasks and activities related to the Founder's Office which will help him achieve the organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
- Coordination and liaison between the larger team and the Founder
- Do research and prepare notes and presentation on various subjects which may be of strategic importance to the organization.
- Do Project Management on certain projects which the founder is himself managing or are of strategic importance
- Email Management - The Founder receives many emails and is not able to respond to quite a few emails , put a structure to reply to the emails and highlight the important ones and reply back to them .
- Any other strategic activity which would help the founder achieve the organizational objective faster.
Skills Required:
- Smart , intuitive , disciplined , analytical and patient
- MS Office , Presentation Skills are a must
- Ability to complete the task on time
- Integrity and honesty key criteria as the person will be dealing with company sensitive data.
Qualification Criteria:
- Similar or relevant experience
- MBA from a good School
- Very good at Project Management
- Based out of Hyderabad
