Responsibilities -

1. To develop and provide a comprehensive organizational, programme support to the CEO's office

2. To provide support to the CEO in delivering overall strategic objectives

3. Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives

4. Set up processes to enhance organisational machinery

5. Project management 6. Drive the key projects from the MD's office 7. Stakeholder management 8. Play a key role in business management and Growth 9. Work closely with the external agencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO's Office

10. Serving as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations effort.

11. Overseeing special projects, conducting relevant research, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations in association with other teams, making sure the tasks are completed as per the agreed timelines.

Location - Mumbai

Requirements :

1. 3-5 years of experience

2. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work

3. MBA from a Tier 1 college

4. Experience in Startups/ Growth stage companies

5. Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information

6. Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Data/Information/Reports Presentation
