Z1 Tech - Manager - Marketing

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing team!

What will you do as a Marketing Manager :

- Understand the organization's goals and objectives, and develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve them

- Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor products, and other relevant information to help form marketing strategies, globally

- Oversee and coordinate product development and monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services

- Plan & develop marketing campaigns to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers

- Develop communication tools under the direction of the Sales Management

- Oversee and streamline copy-writing for promotional materials, such as brochures and website content, and create / oversee production of marketing collateral

- Spearhead and manage social media accounts, post content on a regular basis to engage followers and build brand awareness

- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

- Coordinate event logistics and participate in industry events to generate leads and build relationships

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers (or freelancers) to get the best terms possible

- Prepare budgets and track expenses to stay within budget constraints

- Train and supervise staff members working in the marketing department

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing or a related field

- Working knowledge of MS Office

- Experience with content marketing, SEO, social media marketing and PR

- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools
