Responsibilities: - Research and development, enhancements and redesign of our product, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organisation - Design and develop our product, in line with the overall vision and strategy of the organisation and its business - Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs - Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders - Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver efficient business outcomes - Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes - Work with and drive cross functional teams to deliver on business objectives Requirements: - Entails 8-10 years of product experience (where majority is in a consumer Internet or e-commerce company) - Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insights on industry trends - Capable to meet the pace of rapidly growing company size and business targets through prioritization and radical thinking - Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science & Engineering from tier 1 Institution. - Preferred - MBA from tier 1 institution - not mandatory Qualities: - Number Driven: We measure impact rather than effort. Effort is put in only if impact can be created and measured. - Clear: Aware about why things are being done; has the ability to clearly articulate the solutions and also get there in most efficient way. - Fearless doer: Not hesitant to get hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success.
