Founded in 2015, Zero1 is based in Mountain View with offices in New Delhi and Hong Kong. - The position of the Product Manager- Search has been designed to be a part of the core team and takes complete ownership of Strategy, Execution and Management for search based products. - We are looking for a entrepreneurial-minded product manager who can roll-up their sleeves and strategize + execute opportunities through a mix of channels. Would be managing a team handling multi-million USD ARR business division from day one. Responsibilities : 1. Strategy : Imagine, explore and investigate- product models and improvements across multiple dimensions. Competitive analysis, business case, customer needs, product requirements and go-to-market strategy. 2. People : Build and manage cross-functional teams as required around the product idea and execution strategy, leading key stakeholders to deliver a world class product. 3. Development : Drive product development efforts across functions, including research, requirements definition, UX, metrics analysis, technical specifications, engineering, and launch efforts. 4. Execution : Launch and actively manage the product/business category to constantly understand performance, rigorously A/B test, iterate and adjust for product market fit, and stay on the forefront of innovation and user needs 5. Performance : Own the performance of the product, define metrics for success and failure, ensuring that the product achieves its financial objectives 6. Brand Building: Building and managing the product brand in the marketplace by ensuring regular reviews and efforts to connect with the relevant channels and stakeholders. 7. Leadership : Provide ongoing product management leadership for the team. Ensure we are delivering a product that has deep user value. 8. Reporting : Author, manage, and deliver executive level reporting, including weekly, monthly, quarterly status reports- to be implemented as part of a Management Information System. Requirements : - Motivated, dynamic, creative, and results-oriented. History of thriving in a fast-paced, agile product development environment, preferably with startup experience - Excellent project management skills and attention to detail. Know how to hustle and get things done - Experience working closely with engineering to balance technical, product and business trade-offs - Ability to define product and business KPIs and measure customer value, conversion, and retention. Experience designing and conducting A/B tests - Experience with Digital Marketing and fundamental understanding of associated industry metrics - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
