About the role:

We are looking for a HR Operations Manager to join the tight-knit HR Team. You will be having hands-on and able to flex from strategic to tactical work while being a thoughtful leader that provide coaching, support, and development to generalists within the HR Team, and with key stakeholders throughout the organization. The subject matter expert for a flawless onboarding, smooth monthly payroll, attractive employee perks, benefits & engaging story. This roles scope will focus on the most critical components of supporting employees throughout the employee lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of new hire onboarding and offboarding

- Find creative solutions to up-level and continuously improve our onboarding program as we continue to scale

- Responsible for leveraging HR data and analytics that allow the team to ensure making the best people decisions while moving at speed

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR legal requirements and best practices, and make relevant policy recommendations to ensure compliance

- Identify and create programs for learning and development

- Administer payroll, benefits, and assist team members in navigating employment resources

- Maximize the HRIS systems and automate wherever possible to leverage the time on areas that add real value to the organization

- Design and create reports, dashboards and metrics to facilitate data driven decision making

- Identify and recommend opportunities for HR process improvements using available data to support such optimization

- Proactively and thoughtfully address workplace and employee operations issues on an individual and systematic basis

- Work closely with the team on culture building events

Experience:

- 6-10 years of People Operations or Human Resource experience, in a growing, mid-size company with a strong focus on benefits, compensation, etc

- Proven experience with HRIS systems including maximizing and automating functions such as performance and talent management, compensation review, etc.

- Possess a degree in Human Resource

- Strong Microsoft Office Skills Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook

- Ability to collaborate with other functional leaders and employees

- Strong initiative. We are looking for a self-starter who successfully sees projects through to completion

- Experience handling sensitive employee experiences with discretion and confidentiality

- Strong time-management and people skills
