Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Lead a team across digital channels (SEM - Search, Social, Display Native and Programmatic) - Define the Media Buying strategy across paid channels - Setup best-in-class processes for the team - Own the media strategy and execution across channels including creative testing - Lead effort to utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve lead generation across all marketing channels - Partner with the required teams to ensure robust attribution models are built to effectively measure the performance of each digital and offline channel, and also understand synergies across channels - Manage media budgets, spend tracking, and execution of authorized plans - Own strategic initiatives and ensure execution against the timeline Requirements : - Strong technical and analytical skills are a must - At least 10 years of hands-on expertise in paid marketing and attribution - Expertise in deploying PPC targeting to drive traffic and conversions - The growth-hacking mindset with experience in running digital marketing experiments - The clarity in thinking, with good communication skills in English - both written and verbal - Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities - Strong analytical capabilities and A/B experimentation techniques - Self-motivated, passionate, and proactive; a team player
