VP - Receptix will lead all aspects of the product which includes but isn't limited to leading and managing qualitative and quantitative performance in programming, operations, growth and sales. S/he must grow the Receptix brand, attract the strongest talent in the region and contribute in the short term and long term objectives of Z1 media while working closely with the founding team. Position Title : Business Head Position Reporting : CEO Job Purpose : - Research and development, enhancements and redesign of our product, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organization Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop our product, in line with the overall vision and strategy of the organization and its business - Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs - Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders - Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver efficient business outcomes - Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes - Work with and drive cross functional teams to deliver on business objectives - Takes P/L ownership of the product - Liasioning with freelancers as and when required Job Requirements : Qualifications : Post Graduate (MBA from tier 1 college preferred) Experience : 10 to 15 years (Exp. in General Management with Digital Product Companies is a plus ) Behavioral Competencies : - Strong interpersonal relationship skills - Excellent communication skills
