What's expected from you:
- Be a friend, mentor and guide to the current team and help us reach to the next level of happy and satisfied Yumist customers.
- To be the face of Yumist and act as the direct point of contact for any inbound communication (calls or mails) from customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve the problems faced by them with support of relevant teams and ensure a top notch experience
- Record and analyse the records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated people for further investigation.
- Work closely with other crucial functions that are responsible for complete order management and delivery, to ensure maximum efficiency and coordination during service hours for a seamless customer ordering experience.
- Be a brand guardian and ensure that everything you do is in sync with the customer experience we are building and does not subtract from brand Yumist.
The ideal candidate
- 3 to 5 years of work experience in a customer facing role
- Should have good communication skills and basic email etiquette
- Professional and friendly
- A self-starter with high energy levels
- Comfortable in an ambiguous environment
- Comfortable working in the time slot of 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM
