Responsibilities and Duties Yulu is looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager who will: - Strategize the development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications and strategy development that forms the core of the business - Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with established corporates and new age start-ups that will accelerate innovation and revenue growth across a range of market spaces including Shared spaces, Shopping, Lifestyle and Fitness - Define the city growth strategy wrt partnerships &amp; alliances, owning revenue numbers and driving business as per set targets - Collaborate and communicate with high-level stakeholders and decision-makers, and lead a cross-functional team - Developing and maintaining relationships with city authorities and facilitating policy-making around Bike Sharing Ecosystem - Build new verticals for expanding business relationships to allied industries - Coordinate with Product, Customer Support and Operations Team for better customer experience and enhanced service offering - Build new verticals for expanding business relationships to allied industries - Manage the on-ground marketing team for effective communication and execution of promotions - Develop the scalable Yulu Zones and Charging Stations network - Define audits and hygiene standards of parking locations and charging stations Qualifications and Skills - Key Skills: Strategy and Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Process Improvement, and Team Building - Strong &amp; relevant educational background. Tier-1 &amp; Tier-2 Under Grad / Engineering preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience - Ability to break down and solve complex problems through analytical excellence and business acumen with Advanced Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Must be comfortable with creating and managing complex business proposals - Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills - Extremely strong people skills: attracting &amp; hiring great talent, managing layered in-house and external teams - Ability to build a strong relationship; exercise diplomacy and problem-solving to work - effectively under pressure - Ability to converse on basic aspects of policy and/or regulatory issues of the industry
