Job brief :&nbsp; We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We expect you to have a strong grasp of the latest marketing tools. You should be able to strategize and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work as part of the marketing team, collaborating with supporting teams (such as developers from Tech Team), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of Facebook/ AdWords campaigns with goals to increase rides and new users for Yulu. - Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/ASO, branding(display advertising campaigns), performance, retargeting, etc. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Improve quality score of ads on google and optimize campaign structure - Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals - Running A/B tests across paid campaigns. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. - Brainstorm new and creative digital growth strategies through alternate platforms. - Plan, execute, and measure experiments, A/B Test, and conversion. - Collaborate with internal teams to create in-app events as conversion goals for targeted digital campaigns - Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate - Generate daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives Requirements : &nbsp;- Proven working experience in user acquisition and retargeting through digital marketing - Demonstrable experience leading and managing large budgets for display advertising campaigns, performance, retargeting. - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and digital media buying. - Experience in optimizing, AB Testing, and improving the user funnels - Working knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - Early stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker. - Extremely creative/hacker mindset with In-depth knowledge of PPC ecosystem
