Role Summary : - Yulu is redefining India's last mile urban mobility & is the largest shared EV mobility (uMaaS) player. Key Responsibilities : - Build user growth strategies with Marketing Director - Set end & enabling metrics for growth through new acquisitions and reactivation - Create monthly plans with budget requirements to efficiently deliver user growth targets across multiple cities - Own & execute performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google ads FB & IG, Affiliates, Youtube, etc. - Use Customer Engagement Platform (MoEngage) to run engagement, retention and reactivation campaigns with the existing user base - Run tests (on creatives, copy, offers, TG, platforms etc) to optimize RoI and push the team ahead on the learning curve - Hustle & hack your way to growth by identifying unconventional opportunities to tap new user base, partnerships, collaborations, guerilla actions - Stay abreast with latest trends, strategies, tools & platforms in performance marketing & martech space - Contribute to and absorb from overall consumer understanding efforts (qual, quant, data, insights) of the the larger Marketing team Key Requirements : - Experimentation-hungry. Action-biased.
