Duties and Responsibilities include the following : - Responsible for Yulu's brand building, new customer acquisition, and high engagement from the existing users. - Accountable for implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing and communication campaigns that will enhance the brand's image and position in the marketplace, supporting the growing needs of the organization. - Facilitate internal and external communications strategies and develop key messaging related to thought leadership content, industry publications, demand generation, channel communication, and customer acquisition. - Identify segments, audiences, and key messages for targeted campaigns in various stages of the customer journey. Defines what success looks like for key initiatives and ensures alignment to strategic goals. - Responsible for planning, preparing, and distributing internal and external Yulu communications, including - but not limited to - news releases, customer communications, and corporate messages. - Serves as a brand steward and storyteller, ensuring established purpose, promise, positioning is upheld to create differentiation, change perceptions and drive preference with our existing and potential customers, partners, and shareholders. Competencies : - Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to effectively work with a diverse group/variety of people and personalities, including developing relationships with staff, customers, vendors, external organizations, and industry representatives. - Customer Management - Able to think customer-first and drive relevant strategies that drive preference and loyalty for Yulu. - Great understanding of social media to build a thriving community of urban commuters. - Hands-on approach and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment. Qualification : - 8+ years of marketing and communications experience. - Proven, exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a desire to continually improve. - MBA from one of the top management colleges. - Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing - Knowledge of purpose-driven business and ability to transform audiences.
